Abstract
We have studied a series of 1-Alkyl-N-[(1R)-1-(4-fluorophenyl)-2-methylpropyl]
piperidine-4-carboxamide Derivatives as Novel Antihypertensive Agents by incorporating QSAR
methodology. We found that parameters EtaBetaS (Extended Topochemical Atom Index sigma VEM
count), EtaLA (Eta average local composite index) , PVSAp1 (P van der Waals surface area-like index
on Polarizability) SMTI (Schultz Molecular Topological Index) are very closely related with
antihypertensive activity of these derivatives.
